Abstract
Z združevanjem praktične izvedbe strukture in komponent preizkuševališča z analitičnimi in numeričnimi izračuni raziskava prispeva k napredku in širši uporabi vodne hidravlične tehnologije.

Title:
Water hydraulic test rig development
Abstract:
The master's thesis deals with the importance of using water as a hydraulic medium and the construction of a specialized test rig for water hydraulic systems. Using water as a hydraulic fluid offers several advantages, including cost-effectiveness and environmental friendliness. The task focuses on the development of a water hydraulic testing device that serves as a tool for verifying and validating the performance of water hydraulic systems. The construction of the test rig included the precise design of its structure and the appropriate selection and integration of water hydraulics components into the hydraulic scheme. Placing sensors in a test area allows for future tests and experiments, providing a means to collect data and analyze system behavior. Analytical and numerical calculations were used to evaluate the performance of the system. Analytical calculations were used to estimate the pressure drop along the pipelines. Numerical calculations were carried out using computer simulations, which allow observing the movement of the hydraulic motor and cylinder and monitoring the pressures in the hydraulic lines. By combining the practical implementation of the structure and components of the test rig with analytical and numerical calculations, the research contributes to the progress and wider application of water hydraulic technology.
