Abstract
Cilj magistrskega dela je narediti prehod iz ročnega mazanja orodja predoblikovalca na sistem acetilenskega mazanja orodja in določiti optimalne parametre sistema mazanja za dano steklenico. V teoretičnem delu smo najprej predstavili osnove steklarske industrije, delovanje steklarskih strojev, sestavo orodja in različne načine mazanja orodja. V nadaljevanju sledi eksperiment, kjer smo primerjali vpliv različnih parametrov sistema acetilenskega mazanja na delež izmeta in vrsto napak, ki se med procesom pojavijo. Med eksperimentom smo zagotovili konstante parametra na stroju. Po izdelavi steklenice smo le – te pregledali z namenskimi kontrolnimi stroji, kjer smo iskali morebitne vizualne napake na steklenicah. Na podlagi rezultatov analize smo določili optimalne parametre sistema acetilenskega mazanja predoblikovalca za dano steklenico.

Title:Optimization of parameters of acetylene lubrication of blank mold
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to made a transition from manual swabbing of blank mold to system of acetylene lubrication of blank mold and determinate optimal parameters for selected bottle. In the theoretical part we have explained basic knowledge of glass industry, operation of glass machines, as well as composition of molding tools and different types of blank mold swabbing. We proceeded with the experiment where we compared the effect of different parameters of acetylene lubrication on ejection rate and types of defects that appear during production. During the experiment we assured constant conditions on IS machine. After the production of bottles, we examined the bottles on inspection machines, where we were looking for visual defects on glass bottles. Based on the results of the analysis we defined the optimal parameters of system of acetylene lubrication of blank mold for selected bottles.
