Abstract
V diplomski nalogi obravnavamo zaščito industrijskih kamer pred okolijskimi vplivi, ki se pojavijo pri varilnih procesih. Najprej so predstavljeni različni varilski procesi od 3D tiska, reparaturnega navarjanja, do varjenja cevi ter pomen kamere z vidika nadzora in krmiljenja procesa. Pri vsakem od teh so analizirani okolijski vplivi katerim je kamera izpostavljena. Razviti so trije modeli zaščitnih ohišij. Ti vključujejo zaščito pred pregrevanjem kamere, izbrizgi taline in dimom ter zaščito pred hladilnimi tekočinami in vodo. Rešitve za hlajenje vključujejo pasivno zračno hlajenje, prepihovanje s komprimiranim zrakom in vodno hlajenje. Za zaščito pred izbrizgi taline služijo ustrezna zaščitna stekla in filtri. Kovinska izvedba ohišja ščiti kamero tudi pred ekstremnimi električnimi razmerami pri elektro obločnem varjenju. Varianta ohišja na osnovi prepihovanja s komprimiranim zrakom je tudi izdelana in validirana pri 3D tisku. Rezultati testov kažejo, da razvito ohišje ustrezno ščiti kamero med varjenjem.

Title:Development of camera protection against environmental influences in the vicinity of welding processes
Abstract:
This diploma thesis discusses the protection of industrial cameras against environmental influences that occur during welding processes. Firstly, the different welding processes are presented, from 3D printing, to repair welding, to pipe welding, and the importance of the camera in terms of monitoring and controlling the process. For each of these, the environmental influences to which the camera is exposed are analysed. Three models of protective enclosures are developed. These include protection against camera overheating, molten spatter and fumes, as well as protection against coolants and water. Cooling solutions include passive air cooling, compressed air blowing and water cooling. Appropriate safety glasses and filters are used to protect against molten spatter. The metal housing design also protects the camera from the extreme electrical conditions of arc welding. A version of the housing based on compressed air blowing is also produced and validated in 3D printing. The test results show that the developed housing adequately protects the camera during welding.
