Abstract
Pri vrtenju neuravnoteženega rotorja z dano kotno hitrostjo in konstantnim pospeškom se zaradi masnega neuravnoteženja v podporah uležajenja pojavijo dinamične sile, ki zmanjšujejo življenjsko dobo ležajev. V okviru diplomske naloge je z uporabo cenovno dostopnih komponent in programskega jezika Python izdelana naprava za balansiranje z avtomatiziranim zajemom in obdelavo merjenih signalov. Z izdelanim grafičnim vmesnikom je uporabniku naprave omogočen nadzor nad zajemno opremo in prikaz rezultatov balansiranja.

Title:Automated identification of rotor imbalance with an open-source software environment
Abstract:
When an unbalanced rotor rotates at a given rotational velocity and acceleration, dynamic forces appear in the bearing supports due to the mass imbalance, which reduce the service life of the bearings. As part of the diploma thesis, using affordable components and the Python programming language, a balancing device with automated capture and processing of measured signals was developed. With the designed graphic interface, the user of the device is able to control the recording equipment and display the balancing results.
