Abstract
V okviru diplomske naloge je bila izvedena zamenjava merilnega sistema, s katero smo izboljšali natančnost merjenja in s tem dobili bolj realno sliko sposobnosti procesa brizganja plastike. Cilj diplomske naloge je bil, da s pomočjo analize merilnega sistema izberemo ustrezen merilni sistem in izbiro potrdimo s statistično kontrolo procesa. V diplomski nalogi so najprej predstavljene teoretične osnove metodologij zagotavljanja kakovosti (MSA, SPC), ki smo jih uporabili. Sledi kratka predstavitev obravnavanega izdelka, pri katerem smo zaradi neustreznega indeksa sposobnosti procesa izdelave izvedli analizo merilnega sistema (MSA) in dokazali, da obstoječi merilni sistem ni sposoben zagotoviti ustreznih meritev. Iz tega sledi, da je potrebna zamenjava merilnega sistema. Izbrali smo nov merilni sistem ter ponovno izvedli analizo MSA in statistično kontrolo procesa.

Title:Introduction of improvements to stabilize and improve the capability of the plastic injection molding process
Abstract:
In this thesis, the measurement system was replaced, which improved the accuracy of the measurement and gave us a more realistic picture of the capabilities of the plastic injection process. The goal of the thesis was to select a suitable measurement system with the help of analysis of the measurement system and to confirm the choice with statistical control of the process. The thesis first presents the theoretical foundations of the quality assurance methods (MSA, SPC) that we used. The following is a short presentation of the product on which due to an inadequate index of the ability of the manufacturing process, we performed a measurement system analysis (MSA) and proved that the existing measurement system is not capable of providing adequate measurements. We chose a new measurement system and re-performed the MSA analysis and statistical control of the process.
