Abstract
Svetovni avtomobilski trg naj bi se v predvidenem obdobju od 2022 do 2030 povečal s skupno letno stopnjo rasti 23,1 %. To se tudi pozna v našem podjetju, saj je kupec podal povpraševanje, zaradi katerega smo nadgradili našo proizvodnjo linijo in dvignili kapacitete za 50 %. Glavni produkt je električni klimatski motor za avtomobilsko industrijo, ki zahteva visoke standarde. Ker naše podjetje ni edino, ki se sooča s takšnimi izzivi, smo razvili metodologijo, kako nadgraditi poljubno proizvodnjo linijo in jo nato prilagodili za naš specifični primer. Rezultat je nadgrajena proizvodnja linija, ki je kos povpraševanju večno se spreminjajočega svetovnega trga avtomobilizma.

Title:Upgrade of the production line for air conditioning electric motors
Abstract:
The global automotive market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 23.1 % during the forecast period from 2022 to 2030. This is also affecting our company as our customer made an inquiry, which led us to upgrade our production line and increase capacity by 50 %. The main product is an electric engine cooling fan for the automotive industry, which requires high standards. Since our company is not the only one facing such challenges, we developed a methodology for upgrading any production line and then adapted this methodology to our specific case. The result is an upgraded production line that meets the demands of the ever-changing global automotive market.
