Abstract
Magistrska naloga obravnava reševanje problematike proizvajanja mnogih, različnih izdelkov v majhnih serijah. Tak način proizvajanja je glede na trenutne razmere na trgu nujen, saj so ključni kratki dobavni roki in maksimalna prilagodljivost ter odzivnost dobavitelja. V podjetju smo se spopadali z izzivom proizvajanja malih količin izdelkov z dolgimi pripravljalnimi časi. V nalogi smo se prek preigravanja različnih scenarijev in simulacij, želeli dokopati do optimalnega načina dela, ki bo omogočal nizke stroške in visoko prilagodljivost procesa. S pomočjo prerazporejanja delovnih nalogov, uvajanja hitrih menjav orodij in proizvajanja na zalogo, smo želeli določiti optimalno rešitev, ki bi podjetju omogočila kar se da velik prihranek in prilagodljivost pri dobavi izdelkov. Prišli smo do ugotovitve, da je ključno prerazporejanje delovnih nalogov in da je proizvajanje na zalogo smiselno le v primerih, ko s tem prihranimo več ur časa.

Title:Agile change of tools and material on machines
Abstract:
This master's thesis focuses on solving the challenges of producing many different products in small quantities. Regarding the current market situation, such production is essential. Short delivery times, felxibility and suppliers' response time are critical for good business. The company in question was challenged with producing small quantities with long preparation times. This thesis presents different situations and simulations, which help the company to achieve high flexibility and low production costs. Swift tool changes, rearranging work orders and hyperproduction were the tools used, to find the optimal balance of flexibility and cost. We established that rearranging of work orders is crucial to maximize production efficinecy and that hyperproduction, to make stock, is sensible only in very specific cases.
