Abstract
Delo obravnava podeželsko hišo, danes imenovano Ruska dača, ki se nahaja v Zgornjih Gameljnah 18 in so jo za svojo počitniško hišo uporabljali meščani. Najprej se osredotoči na razlago pojma dača, nato pa opiše povezavo podeželske hiše, danes Ruske dače, s slovenskim narodnim slogom s konca 19. in začetka 20. stoletja. Delo opisuje tudi vzpostavljanje narodne identitete in secesijski slog tistega obdobja. Nato predstavi Rusko dačo kot podeželsko hišo, ki pa so jo uporabljali meščani za počitnikovanje, njeno zgodovino, predvsem tudi lastništva, kjer sta ključni vlogi na začetku 20. stoletja odigrala Franc Petrič in na začetku 21. stoletja Aleš Musar, opiše, kako je potekala obnova zunanjosti in notranjosti, kako se povezuje z narodnim slogom in Rusijo, kateri predmeti so v njej razstavljeni in kako današnja oprema hiše odraža njeno sodobno namembnost.

Title:Russian dacha in Zgornje Gameljne
Abstract:
The work deals with a country house, today known as the Russian Dacha, located at Zgornje Gameljne 18 and was used by bourgeoisie as their holiday home. It first focuses on explaining the term dacha, then describes the connection of the country house, today's Russian Dacha, with the Slovenian national style from the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century. The work also describes the national identity and the Art Nouveau style of that period. It then introduces the Russian Dacha as a country house used by bourgeoisie for vacationing, its history, especially ownership, where Franc Petrič and Aleš Musar played key roles at the beginning of the 20th and 21st century respectively, it describes how the renovation of the exterior and interior was carried out, how it is connected with the national style and Russia, what objects are on display in it, and how the current equipment of the house reflects its modern purpose.
