Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen pregled znanstvene literature na področju varjenja. Opisano je delovanje laserskega varjenja ter TIG varjenja, predstavljene so možne napake pri varjenju ter kontrola varov. V industriji je ključnega pomena poznavanje zahtev, prednosti in slabosti varilnih postopkov, na podlagi česar se lahko odločimo za pravilen postopek varjenja. Relativno nova metoda spajanja je lasersko varjenje, zato je bila smiselna primerjava robotskega laserskega varjenja z robotskim TIG varjenjem. Za analizo smo varili dva različna izdelka, različnih materialov za nadaljnjo serijsko proizvodnjo in analizirali zahteve za varjenje, zmožnosti varjenja ter kvaliteto varov. Proučili ter ugotavljali smo prednosti in slabosti obeh postopkov ter naredili finančno analizo.

Title:Comparison of robotic TIG and laser welding of thin-walled products
Abstract:
The thesis presents a review of the scientific literature in the field of welding. The operation of laser welding and TIG welding is described, possible welding errors and welding inspection are presented. In industry, it is crucial to know the requirements, advantages, and disadvantages of welding processes, on the basis of which we can decide on the correct welding process. Laser welding is a relatively new joining method, so it made sense to compare robotic TIG welding. For the analysis, we welded two different materials for further seral production and analysed the requirements for welding, welding capabilities and the quality of the welds. We studied and determined the advantages and disadvantages of both procedures and made a financial analysis.
