Značilnosti normativnih in informativnih pravnih besedil

V prvem delu pričujočega prispevka bom predstavila besedilno tipologijo za področje prava, kjer so podana bistvena izhodišča za obravnavo pravnih besedil. V drugem delu so posebej natančno opredeljene značilnosti besedilnih vrst zakon in pravni učbenik, pri čemer je večji poudarek na zakonskem besedilu, saj je ta besedilna vrsta kot izrazito institucionalizirano in zato normirano besedilo lažje opredeljiva kot na primer pravni učbenik, pri katerembesedilo veliko bolj določa avtorjev stil.

Abstract

This article examines the case of text typology in law, presenting the essential premises for dealing with legal texts. The second part of the article precisely defines the characteristics of the text types of laws and legal textbooks, in which greater emphasis is placed on the former since it is expressly institutionalised and thus easier to define than the latter, in which the text is determined much more by the author's style.
