Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem v sklopu opisovanja obremenitev s hrupom najprej opisal pojma zvok in hrup. Predstavil sem definicije strokovnih izrazov iz meroslovja in standardov, ki omejujejo hrup zaradi varnosti pri delu. Opisal sem piezoelektrični učinek in primerjalne meritve s posebno napravo za te meritve in z napravo v telefonu. Nato sta opisani primerjani merilni napravi: merilnik z mikrofonom v telefonu Samsung A32 in fonometer Bruel & Kjaer, ki sem si jo izposodil na Fakulteti za pomorstvo in promet v Portorožu. Meritve na Delfino Verde Gold sem izvedel samo s telefonom. Druge meritve na motornih čolnih Castor 2 in Chiara so bile opravljene sočasno z obema instrumentoma. Vsaka meritev je trajala po pet minut. Po meritvah sem podatke obdelal in primerjal. Namen primerjave je bil ugotoviti kakovost neprofesionalnega instrumenta v telefonu glede na profesionalni fonometer in identificirati ustrezne postopke za zmanjšanje razlik med rezultati obeh instrumentov. Najpomembnejši postopek za ustrezne meritve je pričakovano pravilno umerjanje telefona.

Title:COMPARISON OF TECHNICAL NOISE MEASUREMENTS
Abstract:
In my thesis, I first described the concepts of sound and noise in the context of noise pollution. I presented definitions of measurement methods and standards for limiting noise for safety at work. I described the piezoelectric effect and comparative measurements with a special device for these measurements and with the device in the telephone. Then the compared measuring devices are described: a measuring device with a microphone in a Samsung A32 phone and a Bruel & Kjaer phonometer that I borrowed from the Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transport in Portorož. The measurements on the Delfino Verde Gold I made only with my phone. The other measurements on the motor boats Castor 2 and Chiara were made simultaneously with both devices. Each measurement took 5 minutes. After the measurements, the data were processed and compared. The aim of the comparison was to determine the quality of the non­professional instrument in the phone compared to the professional phonometer and to identify appropriate procedures to reduce the differences between the results of the two instruments. The most important procedure for correct measurements is the expected correct calibration of the phone.
