Abstract
Deli strojev in njihovi materiali so med delovanjem izpostavljeni različnim obremenitvam. Ciklično ponavljanje obremenjevanja in razbremenjevanja je neizogiben proces, katerega imenujemo utrujanje. Zaradi tega procesa se v materialu začnejo pojavljati deformacije, ki se s številom ciklov povečujejo, na koncu pa lahko privedejo tudi do porušitve materiala. Tega procesa v praksi ne smemo zanemariti, saj lahko v nasprotnem primeru povzroči nevarne posledice, tako gospodarske stroške kot tudi ogrožanje varnosti ljudi. V magistrski nalogi so predstavljene komponente, ki smo jih uporabili pri postavitvi enoosnega preizkuševališča. Glavni sestavni deli so hidravlični agregat, servoventil in hidravlični valj. Predstavljeni so rezultati utrujanja cevi iz materiala S235JRH z različnimi silami obremenjevanja. Na podlagi števila ciklov do porušitve je izdelana Woehlerjeva krivulja za vzorčno cev. Z različnimi nastavitvenimi parametri smo naredili sinusni prelet sistema, s pomočjo katerega smo določili odziv sistema, ki je predstavljen v obliki Bodejevega diagrama.

Title:Hydraulic dynamic testing
Abstract:
Machine components and their materials are exposed to different loads during operation. The cyclic repetition of loading and unloading is an inevitable process called fatigue. This process causes deformations in the material that increase with the number of cycles and can eventually lead to material failure. If ignored in practice, this process can have dangerous consequences, including economic costs and risks to human safety. This master thesis presents the components used to build a single-axis testing machine. The main components include a hydraulic power unit, a servo valve and a hydraulic cylinder. Fatigue test results are presented for a pipe made of S235JRH under various loading forces. Based on the number of cycles to failure, a Wohler curve is generated for the example tube. By adjusting various parameters, a sinusoidal sweep of the system is performed to determine the system response, which is presented in the form of a Bode plot.
