Abstract
V magistrski nalogi smo se ukvarjali z intralogistiko v sodobnem proizvodnem podjetju. Obravnavali smo problem postavitve žerjava nosilnosti 5 kN. Izdelali smo 3 koncepte, od katerih smo izbrali najprimernejšega, to je dvonosilčni mostni žerjav, pri katerem se bo maček z vitlom vozil po glavnih nosilcih mostu. Izdelali smo zasnovo mostnega žerjava in jo optimizirali. Naredili smo trdnostno kontrolo strešne konstrukcije stavbe s pričvrščeno žerjavno progo in obešenim mostnim žerjavom. Pri tem smo upoštevali vse obremenitve, ki jih povzroči obratovanje žejava, ter obremenitve zaradi lastne teže strešne konstrukcije, izolacije in kritine, ter obremenitve zaradi vetra in snega. Strešno konstrukcijo smo ojačali in optimizirali, tako da bo prenesla tudi vse dodatne obremenitve, ki bodo nastale zaradi postavitve in uporabe žerjava.

Title:Crane selection and its placement in a specific industrial environment
Abstract:
The thesis deals with intralogistics in a modern manufacturing company. The main topic was the issue of installing a crane with a capacity of 5 kN. Three concepts have been developed, among which we have chosen the most suitable one, i.e. a double girder bridge crane, where the trolley with a hoist runs along the main girders of the bridge. A bridge crane structure has been designed and further optimized. A thorough strength check of the structure of the building’s roof with a crane track attached and the bridge crane suspended has been conducted. The analysis takes into account all the loads caused by the crane and its operation, as well as the dead weight of the roof structure, including insulation and roof covering, and the additional loads caused by wind and snow. The roof structure has been reinforced and optimized to withstand all the additional loads that would be generated by the installation and use of the crane.
