Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo se soočili s problemom odpiranja stranskih jeder na izdelku, ki ga izdelujemo s procesom injekcijskega brizganja polimerov. Zaradi geometrije izdelka in zahtev kupca (brizganje v rebra in pozicija zunanjega navoja) je bilo potrebno razviti nov princip odpiranja drsnih stranskih jeder preko kulise, ki bo gnana s hidravličnim cilindrom. V okviru naloge smo oblikovali končni izdelek, konstruirali celotno orodje s sistemom kulise, izračunali silo, ki se prenaša na stranska jedra, ter izbrali hidravlični cilinder. Med preizkusom smo ugotovili, da izdelana kulisa deluje in da smo izbrali ustrezen hidravlični cilinder.

Title:Designing of a mould for injection moulding with closing side sliders by hydraulic cylinder with rack
Abstract:
In the thesis, we faced the problem how to move side sliders on a product (called Superglue Nozzle) that is manufactured by the injection molding process. Due to the product geometry and customer's requirements (injection on the ribs, the position of external thread), we had to develop a new system for opening the side sliders via rack, which is driven by a hydraulic cylinder. In the thesis, we designed the final product, constructed a mold assembly with an added rack, calculated the force with which the polymer melt pushes side sliders and selected a hydraulic cylinder. When testing the mold on the machine, we found that the appropriate hydraulic cylinder was selected and that the function of the mold is as intended.
