Abstract
Predvsem kmetijstvo v Evropi strmi v zadnjem času k tako imenovanemu zelenemu prehodu ali ekološki pridelavi. Namen diplomske naloge je konstruirati stroj za mehansko zatiranje plevela, ki bo v vinogradih nadomestil rabo herbicida. S pomočjo pregleda stanja na trgu smo ugotovili, da je strojev za medvrstno obdelavo terasnih vinogradov malo. S pomočjo konstrukcijskega procesa po VDI 2221 smo razvili tri koncepte strojev, najboljšemu izmed treh smo dimenzionirali ključne hidravlične in mehanske strojne elemente, ki so pomembni za njegovo delovanje. S pomočjo programa SolidWorks smo stroj modelirali in nato v diplomskem delu podrobneje predstavili pomembnejše sklope stroja. V zadnjem koraku smo napravili tudi delavniški risbi rotorja in gredi ter sestavni risbi kosilnega sklopa in celotnega stroja. Ugotovili smo, da bi bila konstrukcija primerna tudi za nameščanje drugačnih vrst orodij.

Title:
Machine for interrow grass cutting in the vineyard
Abstract:
Agriculture in europe, in particular, has recently been moving towards the so-called green transition or organic production. The aim of this thesis is to design a mechanical grass cutting machine to replace the use of herbicides in vineyards. A review of the market has shown that there are few machines for inter-row grass treatment in terrace vineyard. Using the VDI 2221 construction process, three machine concepts were developed, and the key hydraulic and mechanical machines elements relevant to its operation were dimensioned fort the best of the three. Using Solid Works, we modelled the machine and then presented the major components in more detail in the thesis. In the final step, we also produced part drawings of rotor and shaft and assembly drawings of the mower deck and complete machine. We found that the design would also be suitable for mounting different types of tools.
