Abstract
Diplomska naloga opisuje projekt, ki sem ga realiziral v sklopu trenutne zaposlitve. Dodeljena mi je bila naloga, v kateri je bilo potrebno realizirati daljinski nadzor in upravljanje sistema stisnjenega zraka. Glavni namen projekta je omogočanje oddaljenega odčitavanja dveh števcev električne energije, dveh merilnikov pretoka stisnjenega zraka, senzorja kondenzacije, poleg tega pa tudi vklapljanja in izklapljanja motorja ventilatorja ter odpiranja in zapiranja elektro ventila za stisnjen zrak. Priključiti sem moral tudi Kaeserjev filter za stisnjen zrak. Namen projekta je bil zagotoviti bolj praktično odčitavanje dveh števcev električne energije in dveh števcev pretoka stisnjenega zraka, saj se naše podjetje deli na več delov. En števec električne energije meri skupno porabo celotnega podjetja, drugi pa porabo našega oddelka. Podobno velja za merilnike pretoka stisnjenega zraka. Poleg tega, je bil v sklopu projekta realiziran tudi lažji vklop ali izklop sistema za stisnjen zrak in sistem za preprečevanje nabiranje kondenza v sistemu. Logični del vodenja sem izvedel z dvema programirljivima logičnima krmilnikoma Siemens LOGO! 24CE, ki medsebojno komunicirata, ko sta priključena na isto omrežje. Poskrbel sem za celotno izvedbo projekta, tj. načrtovanje, programiranje ter praktično implementacijo sistema.

Title:Monitoring and remote control of the pressurized air system
Abstract:
My diploma thesis describes a project that I implemented in my current job. I was assigned a project in which I had to develop remote monitoring and control of the compressed air system, namely remote reading of two electricity meters, two compressed air flow meters and a dew point sensor, as well as to establish control of the fan motor and compressed air electric valve. I also had to install a Kaeser compressed air filter. The purpose of the project is to provide a more practical method of reading two electricity and two flow meters, as our company is divided into multiple sections. One electricity meter represents the total consumption of the whole company, while the other meter is only for our department. The same applies to the compressed air flow meters. Moreover, the project aimed to ease the control of the compressed-air system, by allowing remote turn on and off, while preventing the accumulation of condensation in the system. The logical part of process control is performed by two programmable logic controllers Siemens LOGO! 24CE, which have the capability of communicating with each other when connected to the same network. I carried out all phases of the project, i.e. planning, programming and practical implementation.
