Automated and miniaturized flow systems, including lab-in-syringe are gaining ground in modern chemical laboratories. Due to its advantages, such as low consumption of solvents, reagents, samples due to the tightness of the syringe, which does not leak the substance, this technique is a good solution in the direction of green chemistry. The thesis describes different system settings for different purposes. It is used in conjunction with other chemical techniques that require extraction or separation phase prior to sample preparation. So far, it is mostly used in the analysis of environmental samples, where we determine the content of traces of metals, ammonia, radionuclide elements. It is also suitable for determining the concentration of esters in biodiesel.
