Abstract
V magistrskem delu je opisan trdnostni preračun avtoklava za parno sterilizacijo medicinskih odpadkov po standardu SIST EN 13445. Delovni tlak avtoklava je med -1 bar podtlaka do 4 bar nadtlaka, in to pri najvišji delovni temperaturi 110 ?C. Najprej so predstavljene teoretične osnove ter primerjava med stacionarnim in mobilnim avtoklavom. Sledita podroben in strukturiran preračun vseh glavnih komponent tlačne posode ter nato numerična analiza primerjave izdelka, narejenega z upoštevanjem ”dobre inženirske prakse” in standardiziranega izdelka. Izdelana je bila ocena tveganja za celotni sklop avtoklava v skladu s standardom SIST EN ISO 12100.

Title:Strength calculation of an autoclave for steam sterilization of medical waste
Abstract:
This part describes the strength calculation of the autoclave for steam sterilization of medical devices waste according to the SIST EN 13445 standard. The working pressure of the autoclave is between -1 bar negative pressure up to 4 bar positive pressure, at a maximum working temperature of 110 㓦C. First, the theoretical foundations and a comparison between a stationary and a mobile autoclave are presented. This is followed by a detailed and structured recalculation of all the main components of the pressure vessel and then a numerical analysis of the comparison of the product made in accordance with ”good engineering practice”and the standardized one. A risk assessment was made for the entire autoclave assembly in accordance with the SIST EN ISO 12100 standard.
