Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava lasersko označevanje DMC-kode na avtomatnem jeklu 11SMnPb30, zaščitenem s cink-nikljevo prevleko. Ključni parametri pri laserskem označevanju so laserska moč, frekvenca označevanja, hitrost premikanja laserske glave, širina laserskega žarka in defokus. Namen diplomskega dela je bil ugotoviti vpliv posameznega parametra na kakovost označene DMC-kode. Do rezultatov smo prišli tako, da smo posameznemu parametru spreminjali vrednost in spremljali vpliv na označeno površino. Zajem dobljenih slik smo opravili z optičnim mikroskopom, vpliv na kakovost pa preverili z verifikatorjem. Iz dobljenih rezultatov smo ugotovili, da največji vpliv na kakovost DMC-kode dosežemo s spreminjanjem laserske moči, frekvence označevanja in hitrosti premikanja laserske glave.

Title:Influential laser marking parameters of zinc – nickel plated 11SMnPb30 free cutting steel
Abstract:
The bechelor`s thesis discusses with laser marking of DMC code on zinc – nickel plated 11SMnPb30 free cutting steel. The key parameters in laser marking are laser power, marking frequency, laser head speed, laser beam width and defocus. The aim of the thesis was to determine the influence of each parameter on the quality of the marked DMC code. To determine this, we varied the value of each parameter and monitored the effect on the marked area. The images obtained were captured using an optical microscope and the effect on quality was checked by using a verifier. From the results obtained, we found that the greatest impact on the quality of the DMC code is achieved by varying the laser power, the marking frequency and the laser head movement speed.
