Analiza višinskega prirastka iglavcev iz veččasovnih podatkov laserskega skeniranja : magistrsko delo

Abstract
Na območju gozdnega rezervata Panovec pri Novi Gorici smo na ravni posameznih dreves analizirali višinsko rast iglavcev. V analizi smo uporabili veččasovne podatke zračnega laserskega skeniranja iz let 2006, 2009, 2015 in 2020. Na terenu in v laserskih podatkih smo identificirali 120 dreves izbranih drevesnih vrst: rdeči bor (Pinus sylvestris, n = 30), zeleni bor (Pinus strobus, n = 30), jelka (Abies alba, n = 30) in duglazija (Pseudotsuga menziesii, n = 30). Ugotovili smo, da je povprečni letni višinski prirastek v obravnavanem obdobju pri jelki znašal 0,27 ± 0,03 m, pri zelenem boru 0,33 ± 0,04 m, pri rdečem boru 0,54 ± 0,03 m in pri duglaziji 0,63 ± 0,05 m. Povprečni letni višinski prirastek se med drevesnimi vrstami statistično značilno razlikuje, razen med jelko in zelenim borom, kjer nismo potrdili statistično značilnih razlik. Letni višinski prirastek analiziranih dreves je statistično značilno odvisen od višine drevesa iz leta 2006, razen pri rdečem boru. Za zeleni bor, rdeči bor in duglazijo smo ugotovili, da imajo višja drevesa večji višinski prirastek, za jelko pa velja ravno obratno. Letni višinski prirastek rdečega bora in duglazije se je med letoma 2006 in 2015 statistično značilno spremenil, za jelko tega ne moremo trditi. V obdobju med letoma 2009 in 2020 se je letni višinski prirastek statistično značilno spremenil pri duglaziji, medtem ko za ostale drevesne vrste tega nismo potrdili.

Title:Analysis of the height increment of coniferous from multi-temporal laser scanning data : Master thesis
Abstract:
In the area of the forest reserve Panovec near Nova Gorica, we analysed the height growth of conifers at the level of individual trees. In the analysis, we used multitemporal data of aerial laser scanning from the years: 2006, 2009, 2015 and 2020. We identified 120 trees of selected tree species in the field and in the laser data: red pine (Pinus sylvestris, n = 30), green pine (Pinus strobus, n = 30), fir (Abies alba, n = 30) and douglas fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii, n = 30). We found that the average annual height increment in the considered period for fir was 0,27 ± 0,03 m, for green pine 0,33 ± 0,04 m, for red pine 0,54 ± 0,03 m and for Douglas fir 0,63 ± 0,05 m. The average annual height increment is statistically significantly different between tree species, except between fir and green pine, where we did not confirm statistically significant differences. The annual growth in height of the analysed trees is statistically significantly dependent on the height of the tree in 2006, except for the red pine. For green pine, red pine and douglas fir, we found that taller trees have a greater increase in height, while the opposite is true for fir. The annual height increment of red pine and douglas fir changed statistically significantly between 2006 and 2015, but this cannot be said for fir. In the period between 2009 and 2020, the annual increment in height changed statistically significantly for douglas fir, while we did not confirm this for the other trees.
