This paper describes transport and logistic activities of the Koli Šped company. The aim of the paper was to present the company and its working processes. Based on books, articles and online sources, the theoretical part explains freight forwarding, the concept of logistics and international road transport. The reader then becomes aware of the said company in more depth. On the basis of a hodogram, they are able to familiarise themselves with process operation in detail and learn about the company’s operation principle. Among the activities presented, the greatest attention was devoted to transport, which is the most profitable activity for the company. I also mentioned the importance of digitalization and the fact that the entire operation is IT-supported. In order to facilitate the understanding of the company, I provided a revenue overview and explained its fluctuation in the past four years. My contribution to the paper is an analysis of the current state in the company and the determination of its development opportunities. I was able to stem considerably from an interview I conducted with the company’s CEO.
