Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena izboljšava izdelave dna hidravličnega cilindra na CNC obdelovalnem centru s pomočjo servo delilnika. V eksperimentalnem delu smo izvedli primerjavo izdelave hidravličnega dna po dveh tehnologijah izdelave. Pri obstoječi tehnologiji izdelave hidravličnega dna je za vpenjalno pripravo uporabljen strojni primež. Pri izboljšani tehnologiji izdelave je poleg strojnega primeža uporabljen še servo delilnik. Pri primerjavi obeh tehnologij izdelave nas je zanimal celoten čas izdelave, kakovost obdelane površine in obremenitev operaterja stroja med izdelavo hidravličnega dna. V ugotovitvah je predstavljeno, kateri način izdelave je ustreznejši in kakšne so prednosti novo vpeljane tehnologije izdelave.

Title:Improving the production of the hydraulic cylinder bottom on the CNC machining center
Abstract:
In this thesis we have improved the manufacturing of the bottom of a hydraulic cylinder, on a CNC machining centre, by using a rotary table to improve the process of manufacturing the bottom of the cylinder according to the existing manufacturing technology. In the experimental part, a comparison of the hydraulic bottom construction using the two manufacturing technologies was carried out. The existing hydraulic bottom technology uses a machine vise for the clamping preparation. The improved manufacturing technology uses a rotary table in addition to the machine vise. When comparing the two manufacturing technologies, we were interested in the overall manufacturing time, the quality of the machined surface and the load on the machine operator during the production of the hydraulic bottom. The findings present which manufacturing method is more appropriate and what are the advantages of the newly introduced technology.
