Diplomsko delo opisuje konstrukcijo konvencionalne podmornice. Po kratkem opisu ter razlagi prednosti in slabosti, ki jih ta prinaša, utemelji potrebo po tej vrsti plovila. Zajema proces načrtovanja, zahteve, ki jih mora plovilo izpolnjevati, sestavo konstrukcije trupa, tankov in sestavo sistemov, ponekod tudi proces operacij.

Abstract

Thesis descripes construcion of a conventional submarine. After short description and explanation of the advantages and disadvantages it brings, it justifies the need for this type of vessel. It covers the planning process, requirements that the vessel must meet, compostion of the hull structure, tanks and the compostion of systems, in some places also the process of operations.
