Abstract
Diplomska naloga je nastala v sodelovanju s podjetjem Hidria d.o.o., ki proizvaja sisteme za klimatizacijo in avtomobilske komponente. V laboratoriju, kjer se v komorah izvajajo meritve segrevanja, hrupa, vibracij in zračnega pretoka se je pojavila potreba po novem načinu testiranja ventilatorjev. Gre za način testiranja ventilatorjev pri regulaciji tlaka v obremenilni komori. Namen naloge je preveriti ali je zamišljeno krmiljenje naprave izvedljivo in uporabno (ang. proof of concept). V diplomskem delu je predstavljena konceptualna zamisel, teoretično ozadje same naloge, opis in zahteve za delovanje sistema. Po korakih je opisano, kako je potekal razvoj, s kakšnimi težavami smo se soočali ter kakšni so bili rezultati in končni zaključki. Podrobneje so opisani tudi sistem, mikrokmilnik, tlačni senzor, postopek načrtovanja in izdelave vezja, programiranje mikrokrmilnika, izdelava praktičnega izdelka ter preizkušanje sistema.

Title:Pressure control in a loading cell
Abstract:
The work described in this diploma thesis was performed in the company Hidria d.o.o., which produces air conditioning systems and automotive components. In the laboratory, where measurements of heating, noise, vibrations and air flow are carried out, a need for a new way of testing fans appeared, i.e. controlling the pressure in the loading chamber. The purpose of the task is a "proof of concept", if the control is feasible and useful. The thesis presents the conceptual idea and theoretical background of the task itself, the description and requirements of the system's operation. It describes step by step how the development was peformed, what problems we faced, and what are the results and conclusions. The thesis describes the system itself, the microcontroller, the pressure sensor, the circuit design and circuit manufacturing, the programming of the microcontroller, and the production of a practical product and testing of the system.
