Abstract
Podjetje se ukvarja s proizvodnjo gozdarske opreme. Za razrez in krivljenje pločevine sodelujejo s številnimi kooperanti. Ker to stroškovno in časovno ni optimalno, se je podjetje odločilo investirati v nov proizvodni objekt, v katerega se bosta vgradila laserski razrez in krivljenje. Pri tem bo polovični del predstavljala tudi varilnica, saj zaradi potrebe trga podjetje potrebuje večjo količino končanih proizvodov. Namen diplomskega dela je ustrezno zasnovati postavitev delovnih mest, skladiščnih mest, razvod transportnih poti in odlagalnih mest v celotnem novopostavljenem objektu. S pomočjo simulacije smo predvideli ustrezen materialni tok za varjenje ogrodij vseh tipov vitlov, saj podjetju predstavljajo najbolj prodajan proizvod. Na podlagi tega bomo generirali štiri različne variante, jih med seboj primerjali in ustrezno analizirali. Glavni cilj simulacije in proizvodnega procesa je dvigniti produktivnost za 25 % glede na trenutni delujoči proizvodni proces varjenja vitlov.

Title:Arrangement of work station and simulation of production process for production of wood equipments
Abstract:
The Company Uniforest produces forestry machinery. Sheet metal cutting and bending is outsourced in cooperation with numerous suppliers. To optimise costs and production time, the company owners decided to invest in new production hall for the sheet metal laser-cutting and bending line. Extension of the welding department will also take approximately half of the new building. Both enlargements of the production activities will help fit the needs of growing market. Aim of this diploma thesis is to organize the work station set-up, warehouse capacities, and production routes network with disposal sites in the whole facility. Virtual simulation was used to predict the material flow of winch-frame welding, as the latter represent the best-selling product. Depending on the material flow chart, will propose four variants to compare and analyse. The aim of the production process simulation is to increase the productivity for 25% according to existent winch-production welding process.
