Konstruiranje naprave za vtekavanje motorja

Avtomatizacija procesov je vedno bolj pomembna v proizvodnih podjetjih. Klasičnih ročnih delovnih mest je vedno manj; pogosto se le-ta pojavljajo v kombinaciji s kolaborativnimi roboti. Pri izgradnji novih proizvodnih obratov se zato čim več operacij izvede avtomatizirano. V izbranem podjetju smo naročniku izdelali novo montažno linijo, katere del je naprava za vtekavanje motorja. V magistrski nalogi bomo s pomočjo konstrukcijskega procesa po VDI 2221 prikazali razvoj avtomatizirane naprave za vtekavanje motorjev od ideje do rešitve. Najboljšo rešitev bomo naprej razvili do končnega izdelka. Spoznali se bomo tudi z drugimi področji, ki jih bomo uporabili pri izdelavi naprave. Končni rezultat je izdelava naprave in predaja naročniku.

• Title: Development of a Machine for Running in a Motor

Abstract

Process automation is increasingly important in manufacturing companies. There are fewer and fewer classic manual workstations, which appear in combination with collaborative robots. When building new production facilities, as many operations as possible are automated. In the selected company, we built a new assembly line for the client part of which is a device for running in a motor. In the master's thesis, we will demonstrate the development of an automated device for running in the motors from idea to solution using the construction process according to VDI 2221. We will further develop the best solution to the final product. We will also learn about other areas that will be used in the production of the device. The result is the assembly of the device and its delivery to the client.
