Abstract
Ocenjevanje znanja je neizogiben del poučevanja pri vsakem učnem predmetu in spada med najbolj zahtevna in odgovorna dela izobraževanega procesa. V magistrskem delu smo raziskali in ovrednotili ustno ocenjevanje pri slovenščini na razredni stopnji osnovne šole. Eden izmed temeljnih ciljev pouka slovenščine je razvijati učenčevo sporazumevalno zmožnost v slovenskem (knjižnem) jeziku, zato je ustno ocenjevanje pomemben del pouka slovenščine. Učitelji naj bi bili strokovno usposobljeni za kvalitetno in veljavno ocenjevanje znanja na več različnih načinov. Podrobneje smo se usmerili v ustno ocenjevanje znanja, ker so priporočila pogosto usmerjena v druge oblike ocenjevanja znanja, še posebej v pisno. V magistrskem delu smo želeli ugotoviti, kaj in kako učitelji ustno ocenjujejo pri predmetu slovenščina na razredni stopnji osnovne šole. Zanimalo nas je, ali je to ocenjevanje kvalitetno ter ali se učitelji držijo zakonov, smernic in priporočil za ocenjevanje. Uporabili smo kvantitativni raziskovalni pristop. Z anketnim vprašalnikom za učitelje razrednega pouka in z anketnim vprašalnim za učence 4. in 5. razreda smo pridobili podatke, ki smo jih z deskriptivno statistiko interpretirali in odgovorili na 18 raziskovalnih vprašanj. Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da se večina učiteljev razrednega pouka drži določenih smernic, priporočil in načel ocenjevanja ter členov Pravilnika o preverjanju in ocenjevanju v osnovni šoli. Učitelji vključujejo tudi določene prvine edukacijskega preverjanja in ocenjevanja.

Title:Oral assessment in Slovene at the primary school level
Abstract:
Assessment is an inevitable part of teaching in every subject and is one of the most demanding and responsible parts of the educational process. In the master's thesis, we investigated and evaluated oral assessment in Slovene at the primary school level. One of the fundamental goals of Slovene is to develop the student's ability to communicate in the Slovenian (literary) language, which is why oral assessment is an important part of Slovenian lessons. Teachers should be professionally qualified for quality and valid assessment of knowledge in several different ways. We focused in more detail on oral knowledge assessment, because the recommendations are often directed at other forms of assessment, especially standardized tests. In the master's thesis, we wanted to find out what and how teachers evaluate orally Slovene at the primary school level. We were interested in whether this assessment is of good quality and whether the teachers adhere to the laws, guidelines and recommendations for assessment. We used a quantitative research approach. Using a questionnaire for teachers and a questionnaire for 4th and 5th grade students, we obtained data that we interpreted using descriptive statistics and answered 18 research questions. Through the research, we found that the majority of teachers adhere to certain guidelines, recommendations and principles of assessment and articles of the Rules on Examination and Assessment in Primary Schools. Teachers also include certain elements of educational testing and evaluation.
