Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena organizacija dostave poštnih pošiljk v podjetju Pošta Slovenije d. o. o. Opisane so vrste logističnih storitev dostave blaga, in sicer zbirni prevoz ter hitre dostave blaga. Predstavljene so prednosti in slabosti teh vrst logističnih storitev dostave blaga, ki se jih poslužujejo stranke. V nadaljevanju so podrobno predstavljene faze pri organizaciji dostave pošiljk, kot so sprejem, odprema, usmerjanje, prevoz in dostava. Opisano je, kakšne naloge je potrebno opraviti v določeni fazi organizaciji dostave. Nato sledi še kratka predstavitev podjetja Pošta Slovenije d. o. o., v nadaljevanju pa je podrobneje opisana organizacija dela na pošti 1410 Zagorje ob Savi, od začetka delovnega dne pa do samega zaključka le-tega. V zaključnem delu so predstavljene možnosti izboljšav pri poslovanju s paketi poslovnih strank, tako za podjetje Pošta Slovenije d. o. o kot tudi za poslovne stranke.

Title:ORGANIZATION OF DELIVERY OF POSTAL ITEMS IN THE COMPANY POŠTA SLOVENIJE D.O.O.
Abstract:
In my diploma thesis I will represent organisation of delivery process of postal packages in Pošta Slovenije d. o. o.. My aim is to describe all sorts of logistic services that concern delivery of goods namely assembly transport and express delivery of goods with all the advantages and disadvantages of it that customers use it. In continuation of my degree paper there is detailed description of phases in the organisation process regarding delivery of consignments such as reception, dispatch, routing, transport and delivery. It describes what tasks to be performed at a certain stage of the delivery organisation. Also I will give short presentation of company Pošta Slovenije d. o. o., followed by a detailed explanation of the organisation of work process at the post office 1410 Zagorje ob Savi, from the beginning till the end of the working shift. The final part of my diploma thesis represents possibile opportunity for improvements on both sides, for company Pošta Slovenije d. o. o. and for bussiness customers using services of package delivery.
