Abstract
Pri analizni kemiji se srečujemo z velikim številom meritev, ki nam brez neke matematične obravnave ne pomenijo veliko. S pomočjo statistike lahko rezultate vrednotimo in iz njih dobimo informacije, ki jih potrebujemo za nadaljno obravnavo problema. V diplomskem delu smo za izvjanje statističnih obravnav izbrali široko dostopen in za uporabo enostaven Microsoft Excel, ki se pogosto uporablja pri naravoslovnih znanostih za različne izračune in grafične prikaze. Prikazali smo izvedbo nekaterih statističnih testov in uporabili funkcije za grafične prikaze podatkov. Uporabili smo tudi dodatek Orodja za analizo podatkov in z njegovo pomočjo pridobili željene rezultate. Za izvajanje statističnih obravnav smo potrebovali različne meritve, ki smo jih generirali s pomočjo dodatka Orodje za analizo podatkov in jih nato izvedli ter presodili ali je Excel primerna izbira za izvedbo izbranih statističnih obravnav.

Title:Carrying out some statistical evaluations in Excel
Abstract:
In analytical chemistry, we are faced with a large number of measurements which without mathematical treatment do not mean anything. Statistics can be used to evaluate the results and give us the information we need to further address the problem. In this thesis, we have chosen the widely available and easy-to-use Microsoft Excel, which is commonly used in the natural sciences for various calculations and graphical presentations, to carry out the statistical analyses. We demonstrate how to perform some statistical tests and use functions to display the data graphically. In order to perform the statistical evaluations, we needed different data sets, which we generated in the Analysis ToolPak add-in and then implemented and assessed whether Excel was an appropriate choice to perform them.
