The subject of teaching and analysis of my thesis is artificial intelligence (AI). AI is any system that uses intelligent behaviour to achieve a goal by analysing the environment and taking action (currently partly autonomous). An AI-operated system may be entirely software-dependent and operate in a virtual world (e.g. speech and facial recognition systems, image analysis software, voice assistants), or it may be embedded in a piece of hardware (e.g. drones, self-driving vehicles, advanced robots, etc.). I can say, that AI will therefore play a key role in the future digitalisation and optimisation of society. In my thesis, I analyse machine learning as one of the branches of AI, which is definitely an upgrade of AI and its involvement in different segments of society, such as online shopping and advertising, machine translation, banking and finance, transport and traffic forecasting, automatization of industry and jobs, and last but not least, it will have an impact on the security of society, especially human security, which is no longer possible today without AI. In addition to human security, in my thesis I will analyse the opportunities of machine learning in different fields.
