Meritev viskoelastičnih lastnosti površinskih filmov z reometrom na magnetno iglo

V sklopu magistrskega dela sem zgradil površinski reometer na magnetno iglo, razvil program za krmiljenje meritev in obdelavo podatkov. V nalogi predstavim teoretično ozadje problema, postavitev reometra, potek meritve in način obdelave podatkov. Z reometrom sem izmeril površino čiste vode, vodne raztopine tetradekanojske kisline in vodne raztopine proteina z dodatkom surfaktanta. V zaključku komentiram eksperimentalno postavitev in predlagam možne izboljšave.

• Title: Measurement of viscoelastic properties of surface films using a magnetic needle interfacial shear rheometer

Abstract

As part of my master's thesis, I built a surface rheometer based on an oscillating magnetic needle, developed a program to control the measurements and process the obtained data. In the thesis I present the theoretical background of the problem, the construction of the rheometer, the measurement process and the method of data processing. With the rheometer I measured the surface of pure water, an aqueous solution of tetradecanoic acid and an aqueous protein solution with the addition of a surfactant. Finally, I comment on the experimental setup and suggest possible improvements.
