Solar energy is an abudant source of energy and one of the renewable energy sources. A solar power plant is a system that converts the energy of the sun's rays into electricity. In the bachelor diploma thesis from two years ago, I designed, planned and manufactured a solar photovoltaic power plant with a nominal alternating power of 13.8 kVA for household self-suply. In the master thesis, I present a description of the solar photovoltaic power plant with a nominal AC power of 13.8 kVA for self-supply and the analysis of the power plant operation for a period of two years, followed by an evaluation of the efficiency of the building blocks of the power plant in several different ways. In July 2022, I compared the measurements of produced and consumed electricity and selected weather parameters with the measurements from two years ago. I compared the efficiency indicator of the solar power plant in the selected time period. I discuss concepts of flexibility of consumption by consumers in the light of self-suply, charging of electric vehicles or electrical energy storage, and review approaches to dynamic tarifs for grid charges and electricity prices. Finally, I also present the guidelines for possible upgrades of the solar photovoltaic power plant for self-suply.
