Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava izdelavo sistema za zajem in upravljanje s podatki iz krmilnikov industrijskih naprav. Sistem bo preko protokola OPC UA v realnem času komuniciral s programabilnim logičnim krmilnikom na napravi in mu tako dodal nove funkcionalnosti. V podatkovno bazo bo shranjeval vrednosti senzorjev ter podatke alarmih in drugih dogodkih, ki bi lahko vplivali na kakovost končnega izdelka in jih zapisoval v revizijsko sled. Na krmilnik bo pošiljal podatke o receptih, ki jih naprava potrebuje za svoje delovanje. Prav tako bo v kombinaciji s krmilnikom skrbel za avtentikacijo in avtorizacijo uporabnikov naprave. Vse podatke bo lahko uporabnik pregledoval in urejal preko uporabniškega vmesnika v obliki aplikacije.

Title:Development of a system for data management from devices for food and pharmaceutical industry
Abstract:
This thesis is about creating a system for capturing and managing data from controllers of industrial machines. The system will communicate in real time with the programmable logic controller on the device via the OPC UA protocol and thus add new functionalities to it. It will store sensor values, alarm data and other events that could affect the quality of the final product in the database and record them in the audit trail. The system will also send recipe data required for machine operation to the controller. In combination with the controller, it will take care of authentication and authorization for users of the machine. The user will be able to review and edit all data via the user interface.
