Abstract
V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge sem želela podrobneje raziskati nekaj vprašanj in tez, povezanih s pravljicami in odraščanjem. Zakaj je pomembno, da otroku pripovedujemo zgodbe? Kakšen je vpliv ilustracij na otroško percepcijo? Raziskala bom torej, kako to potem vpliva na odraščanje.

Title:
A visual interpretation of Andersen's fairy tale Nightingale
Abstract:
For my thesis, I will visually interpret the fairy tale Nightingale by H. C. Andersen and present it in a way that will be suitable for children and young. I would like to design the story in such a way that it is suitable especially for young people and interesting enough for adults, since the narration in this fairy tale is simple enough for a child to understand and just as peculiar for the attention of adults. I will illustrate the selected work with a series of illustrations and a title illustration and present them in a designed book. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, I would like to investigate in more detail some questions and theses related to fairy tales and growing up. Why is it important to tell stories to children? What is the impact of illustrations on children's perception? How does this affect on growing up?
