Abstract
V delu smo razvili konstrukcijo avtomatskega regalnega skladišča za menjavo plošč za krimpanje. Potrebno je bilo upoštevati geometrijo obstoječega stroja in narediti napravo, ki je dovolj precizna. Razvojni postopek smo začeli s pregledom potencialnih rešitev in izborom edine primerne. Potem smo izdelali CAD model regalnega dela, da smo dobili točne priključne dimenzije, čemur je sledila izvedba preračunov za komponente avtomatskega mehanizma. Ko smo določili geometrijo mehanizma, smo jim lahko prilagodili tudi ohišje. Rezultat je sestav z več kot 800 sestavnimi deli, za katerega smo naredili tudi sestavno risbo.

Title:Development of an automatic racking storage for the changing of crimping plates
Abstract:
In this work, we have developed the design of an automatic rack storage for the exchange of crimp plates. We had to take into account the geometry of the existing machine and make a device that was precise enough. We started the development process by reviewing potential solutions and selecting the only suitable one. Afterwards, created a CAD model of the rack section to get the exact connection dimensions, followed by calculations for the components of the automatic mechanism. Once the geometry of the movement was determined, we could adapt the case to suit. The result is an assembly with more than 800 components, for which we have also produced an assembly drawing.
