Abstract
Pri vstavljanju prijemala na CNC mizo naletimo na problem, saj le tega ni mogoče vstaviti v določen T-utor, ker ga blokira kotni priključek za zrak, ki je priključen na podnožje merilnega sistema Renishaw TS27R. Zastavili smo rešitev navedenega problema. Podnožje smo s postopki odrezovanja predelali tako, da samo podnožje s kotnim priključkom ne ovira več delovanja CNC stroja. Ker smo ga odstranili in nato po predelavi ponovno pripeli na mizo CNC stroja, smo morali merilno napravo kalibrirati. S tem smo zagotovili ustrezno delovanje merilne naprave.

Title:
Reworking of a tool calibration base on milling machines
Abstract:
When inserting the gripper on the CNC table, there is a problem that is impossible to insert it into a specific T-hole. Because it is blocked by the angled air connector, which is connected to the base of the Renishaw TS27R measuring system. We have set out the solution to this problem. The base has been reworked by cutting operations so that the base itself, with its angled connection, no longer interferes with the operation of the CNC machine. Since it was removed and then reattached to the CNC machine table, we had to calibrate the measuring device. This ensured that the instrumentation is going to work properly.
