Abstract
V nalogi smo obravnavali zasnovo mobilnega procesnega sistema za pasivacijo nerjavnega jekla. Sistem je zasnovan za uporabo v farmaciji, tudi za zahteve čistih prostorov, kjer morajo biti vsi materiali nerjavni in ne smejo puščati nobenih sledi na kontaktnih površinah. Opravljen je pregled standardov ter opisan postopek predobdelave in pasivacije. Podani so parametri za pripravo potrebnih raztopin, pregledani primerni mediji ter obravnavani procesni in procesni parametri. Na osnovi standardov, priporočil in primerov dobrih praks ter procesnih shem in opisov ciklov delovanja je zasnovan procesni sistem za pasivacijo nerjavnega jekla v 3D okolju. Sistem vsebuje posodo za pripravo raztopin, črpalko, grelnike, ventile za krmiljenje in merilno opremo za spremljanje temperature, prevodnosti medija in pH. Izbrana oprema je podprta z izračuni, konstrukcijski materiali pa so izbrani glede na kemično obstojnost. Izdelana je tudi stroškovna ocena izdelave procesnega sistema in podane so priporočljive izboljšave.

Title:Design of stainless steel passivation process system
Abstract:
In this thesis, we discuss the design of a mobile stainless steel passivation process system. The system is designed for pharmaceutical use and also for the requirements of clean rooms, where all materials must be stainless and must not leave any traces on the contact surfaces. An overview of the standards is carried out and the pre-treatment and passivation process is described. Parameters for the preparation of the necessary solutions are given, suitable media are reviewed, and process and process parameters are discussed. A process system for the passivation of stainless steel in a 3D environment is designed based on standards, recommendations and examples of good practices, as well as process schemes and descriptions of operating cycles. The system contains a container for preparing solutions, a pump, heaters, control valves and measuring equipment for monitoring temperature, medium conductivity and pH. The selected equipment is supported by calculations, and the other construction materials are selected according to their chemical resistance. A cost estimate for the production of the process system is also made and recommended improvements are given.
