Abstract
Kabelski snopi se uporabljajo v skoraj vseh elektronskih napravah, v proizvodnji avtomobilske industrije in bele tehnike pa so ta ožičenja lahko zelo kompleksna, zato je izdelava takšnih snopov lahko zelo časovno potratna. Zaradi tega se v proizvodnji kabelskih snopov vedno išče različne rešitve za njihovo lažjo in hitrejšo izdelavo. V diplomski nalogi s pomočjo popisa montažnega procesa predstavimo dva izdelka s pomočjo kosovnih list, drevesnih struktur montažnega procesa in z opisom montažnega procesa. V okviru naloge smo izvedli analizo časov montažnega procesa, kasneje pa smo rezultate grafično predstavili. S pomočjo analize časov montažnega procesa smo ugotovili, za kakšne velikosti serij se napravo za avtomatsko povijanje snopov splača uporabiti. Za dodatno izboljšanje montažnega procesa pa uporabimo metodo balansiranja in prikažemo, na kakšen način bi metodo lahko uporabili.

Title:Design of improved assembly of cable harnesses with toolfor automatic making of bandages
Abstract:
Cable harnesses are a part of almost every electrical device. In automotive manufacturing and manufacturing of kitchen appliances, those harnesses can be very complex, so the manufacturing process can be very time consuming. That is why wire harness manufacturers always seek new and improved ways to make assembly easier. In the thesis, we analyse the current state of assembly process of two harness types. We present them with the help of bill of material, structure of assembly process and description of the assembly process. As part of the thesis we analysed times of assembly process, and we showed them graphically. Through time analysis of the assembly process, we find out if the tool for automatic making of bandages is expedient to be used in assembly. With help of balancing, we show how current state of assembly could be further improved.
