Abstract
Na podlagi zasnovanega izdelka smo skonstruirali preprosto orodje za predelavo termoplastov. V procesu konstrukcije smo se držali določenih smernic izdelave orodja. Opisali smo vse pomembne podsklope in sisteme orodij in predstavili njihov namen ter delovanje. Za skonstruirano orodje smo izvedli termo mehansko analizo. S simulacijami smo pokazali, kakšno temperaturno in napetostno polje se v orodju ustvari ter kakšne so deformacije orodja, ko je orodje obremenjeno.

Title:Analysis of processing tool for thermoplastic polymers
Abstract:
Based on the designed product, we constructed a simple tool for processing thermoplastics. In the construction process, we adhered to certain tool manufacturing guidelines. We have described all important tool subsystems and tool systems and presented their purpose and operation. A thermo-mechanical analysis was performed for the constructed tool. Through simulations, we showed what kind of temperature and stress field is created in the tool and what the tool deformations are when the tool is loaded.
