Abstract
Veliko ljudi večji del svojega časa preživi na delovnem mestu, zato je pomembno, da se tam počutijo dobro, na kar vplivajo tudi dejavniki zaposlenim prijaznega delovnega okolja. Namen diplomskega dela je bil na podlagi raziskave izbranih dejavnikov zaposlenim prijaznega delovnega okolja, v Elektru Gorenjska, d. d., ugotoviti, ali zaposleni menijo, da je v organizaciji delovno okolje prijazno. Z analizo dejavnikov zaposlenim prijaznega delovnega okolja se je želelo ugotoviti, ali se zaposleni dobro počutijo v svojem delovnem okolju, kako zaposleni vidijo dejavnike zaposlenim prijaznega delovnega okolja, ter podati predloge izboljšav na področju zaposlenim prijaznega delovnega okolja. Za raziskovanje je bila uporabljena metoda anketiranja. Z raziskavo je bilo ugotovljeno, da je večina zaposlenih v izbrani organizaciji zadovoljna z delovnim okoljem. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da so sodelujoči v raziskavi najbolj zadovoljni z dejavniki usposabljanja in medosebnimi odnosi. Moški v raziskavi trditve ocenjujejo bolje kot ženske. Vse starostne skupine so z dejavniki delovnega okolja večinoma zadovoljne. Zaposleni s srednješolsko izobrazbo so bolj zadovoljni z delovnim okoljem kot preostali. V organizaciji so medosebni odnosi dobri, saj večina sodelujočih v raziskavi trdi, da med seboj sodelujejo, način komuniciranja pa je sproščen in prijateljski. Na podlagi rezultatov raziskave predlagamo, da organizacija več pozornosti nameni pohvalam ter spodbudnim besedam, da bi bili zaposleni na svojih delovnih mestih zadovoljnejši ter bi prispevali k doseganju ciljev organizacije.

Title:Analysis of factors of employee friendly work environment in the selected organization
Abstract:
Because many people spend a considerate amount of time at work, workplace well-being is essential. One of the influencing factors is an employee-friendly workplace. This thesis aimed to determine whether employees consider the work environment in Elektro Gorenjska, d.d. to be friendly based on a survey of selected factors of an employee-friendly work environment. By analyzing the factors of an employee-friendly work environment, the aim was to determine whether employees feel good in their work environment, how employees see the factors of an employee-friendly work environment, and to make suggestions for improvements in the area of an employee-friendly work environment. The survey method used was a questionnaire. The survey showed that most employees in the selected organization are satisfied with the working environment. The survey results show that the respondents are the most pleased with the training and interpersonal relationships. Men rated the statements better than women. All age groups are mostly satisfied with the work environment factors. Employees with secondary education show greater satisfaction than others. Interpersonal relations within the organization are good, with most respondents saying that they work well together and the way of communication is relaxed and friendly. Based on the survey results, we suggest that the organization pays more attention to praise and words of encouragement to make employees happier and contribute to achieving the organization's goals.
