Abstract
Pripravil sem šest različnih kelatnih substituiranih pirimidinov, ki sem jih reagiral z renijevim(I) pentakarbonil kloridom in renijev(I) pentakarbonil bromidom, kar je vodilo do nastanka koordinacijskih spojin. Iz klorido in bromido kompleksov sem nato poskusil z reakcijami s srebrovimi solmi v prisotnosti vode pripraviti analogne akva komplekse. Vse nove spojine sem analiziral z NMR in IR spektroskopijo in masno spektrometrijo, preverjena je bila tudi čistost spojin s CHN analizo. Ena spojina je tvorila tudi kristale, katerih struktura je bila določena z rentgensko difrakcijo.

Title:Synthesis of rhenium(I) tricarbonyl complexes with chelating thiopyrimidines
Abstract:
I prepared a series of six substituted pyrimidines. The pyrimidines were then reacted with rhenium(I) pentacarbonyl chloride and rhenium(I) pentacarbonyl bromide, resulting in the formation of coordination compounds. Using the chloride and bromide complexes, I then attempted to prepare analogous aqua complexes by reactions with silver salts in the presence of water. The newly prepared compounds were analysed by NMR and IR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. CHN analysis was performed to determine the purity of the final products. One of the prepared products has formed crystals, the structure of which was then determined by X-ray diffraction.
