Abstract
V podjetju Domel, d.o.o. se ukvarjajo z razvojem in izdelavo elektromotorjev, puhal, sesalnih enot in komponent, za njihovo testiranje pa morajo meriti različne veličine, ki se večinoma merijo preko napetosti. V ta namen v podjetju uporabljajo merilne kartice napetosti NI. Električna napetost je ena izmed temeljnih izpeljanih enot sistema SI, zato je njeno merjenje v tehniki ključnega pomena. Da zagotovimo kar se da učinkovito merjenje napetosti, moramo kartice umerjati v rednih intervalih. Proces umerjanja kartic je sestavljen iz dveh delov. Najprej je potrebno preveriti odstopanja napetosti, za tem pa sledi postopek nastavljanja kartičinih konstant umerjanja. V tej diplomski nalogi je opisan razvoj aplikacije za avtomatsko umerjanje merilnih kartic z uporabo okolja LabVIEW. Aplikacija omogoča hitro in enostavno umerjanje. Sprva je potrebno v nastavitvah izbrati merilno kartico, za tem pa lahko s pritiskom na tipko preverjanje začnemo proces preverjanja stanja naprave ali pa s pritiskom na tipko nastavljanje izvedemo proces nastavljanja konstant umerjanja. Aplikacija uporabniku sporoča, katere napetosti mora nastaviti na kalibratorju, nato pa jih sama zajame. Po koncu umerjanja se na uporabniškem vmesniku pokažeta tabela nastavljenih in tabela izmerjenih napetosti ter indikacija ustreznosti izmerjenih napetosti. Iz rezultatov je razvidno, da izbrana kartica po postopku nastavljanja napetosti meri bolj pravilno kot prej. Vse izmerjene napetosti se namreč nahajajo znotraj dovoljenih mej odstopanja.

Title:Application for calibration of NI measurement cards
Abstract:
Domel, d.o.o. specializes in development and manufacturing of electric motors, blowers, vacuum motors and components. The testing of these products requires measurement of many quantities, which can mostly be measured with voltage. For this purpose, the company uses voltage input modules from NI. Electric voltage is one of the fundamental derived units of the SI system. Its measurement is crucial in engineering. To ensure effective measurement, the voltage input modules must be calibrated regularly. The process of calibration consists of two parts. First, we must check the voltage deviations and then adjust the calibration constants. This thesis explains the fundamentals of a LabVIEW application, that is used to automatically calibrate the voltage input modules. The application enables fast and simple calibration. First, we must choose an input module in the settings, then we can start the verification process or the adjustment process with a press of a button in the user interface. During this process, the application tells the user what voltage must be set on the calibrator. After the calibration, a table of set and a table of measured voltages appear in the user interface along with an indication of adequacy. The test results show that a voltage input module measures voltage more correctly after calibration. All acquired voltages do not exceed the set limits.
