Abstract
V sodelovanju s slovenskim podjetjem smo naredili analizo obrabno problematične komponente v napravi za kalibracijo ogrevalne svečke s senzorjem tlaka. Najprej smo pregledali in zbrali vse podatke o že preizkušenih izboljšavah komponente. Iz vseh pridobljenih podatkov smo izbrali vzorce in jih testirali na prototipni napravi za kalibriranje, ki deluje na enak način kot prava naprava za kalibriranje le da ima prototipna naprava možnost hitrega spreminjanja pogojev za testiranje. Po testih smo analizirali vzorce in obrabo njihove površine. Vzorce smo pogledali pod lupo in laserskim skenirnim mikroskopom. Za konec smo določili primerjalne parametre in vzorce primerjali med seboj. Po pregledu rezultatov smo določili najboljšo izvedbo komponente.

Title:
Surface wear analysis of a component used in a pressure sensor glow plug calibration device
Abstract:
In cooperation with Slovenian company we made an analysis of problematic surface wear of a component used in a pressure sensor glow plug calibration device. At the beginning we looked through and collected all the data on already tested improvements of the component. From all the data we chose samples and tested them on the prototype calibration device which work in the same way as the real calibration device except that the prototype device has the ability to quickly change the test conditions. After the testing we have analyzed samples and the surface wear on them. The samples were viewed under a magnifying glass and a laser scanning microscope. At the end we have determined the comparative parameters and have compared the samples with each other. After reviewing the results we determined the best implementation of the component.
