For the past two years, life has been quite different due to the pandemic caused by the disease covid-19. In addition to the impact on public health, the coronavirus disease has also caused a major economic shock. In addition to maintaining business processes, companies also had to take care of the health and satisfaction of employees. The purpose of the thesis was to analyze the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the satisfaction of employees in the selected company and to highlight the factors that had an impact on satisfaction. We decided on the research based on the fact that the company itself did not conduct a satisfaction analysis during the pandemic. The findings and suggestions obtained will help the company in the event of a possible recurrence of the pandemic. With the help of employee surveys, we tried to get an actual insight into how the measures and the virus affected satisfaction. The research approach was based on the analysis of data obtained from a survey questionnaire given to employees. We statistically processed the obtained data according to demographic data and factors that influenced employee satisfaction. The results showed that the pandemic affected employee satisfaction. Employees were the least satisfied with the measures and working conditions during the pandemic, as they made work more difficult. As a result, this also led to a worse mood in the company. We found that younger employees were more dissatisfied with the measures than older ones. The latter are a higher risk group, for whom compliance with measures and protection of their health are more important. The thesis is a contribution for companies, in the event of a possible recurrence of the pandemic, which they will be able to use as an aid or a starting point in creating plans to maintain satisfaction.
