Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen razvoj sistema, ki omogoča krmiljenje glavnih procesnih spremenljivk v vročem procesu proizvodnje piva v pivovarni s kapaciteto tristo litrov. Za osnovno krmiljenje sistema uporabljamo pet digitalnih temperaturnih senzorjev in enega analognega. Vgrajen je tudi senzor za pretok. Aktuatorski del strojne opreme zajema štiri električne grelce, črpalko in devet aktuatorjev z ventili. Razvili smo uporabniški vmesnik, ki omogoča nadzor in nastavljanje aktuatorjev, grelcev in črpalke. Operaterju daje tudi vpogled temperature v različnih delih procesa in stanje grelnikov, aktuatorjev in črpalke. Razvit in delno testiran je tudi algoritem krmiljenja procesa.

Title:A control system for beer brewery
Abstract:
The thesis presents the development of a system that enables control of the main processes variables in the hot process of beer production in a brewery with a capacity of three hundred liters. For the basic control of the system, we are using five digital temperature sensors and one analog. There is also built-in flow sensor. The actuator part of the hardware covers four electric heaters, a pump and nine actuators with valves. We have developed a user interface, that enables control and adjustment of actuators, heaters and pump. It also gives the operator an insight to temperatures in different parts of the process and the condition of heaters, actuators and pump. We also developed and partially tested algorithmh.
