Abstract
V zaključni nalogi je predstavljen proces snovanja, izdelave in testiranja naprave za preučevanje trkov med makroskopskimi telesi. Pri zasnovi naprave smo obravnavali dva koncepta, pri čemer prvi temelji na magnetni, drugi pa na zračni izvedbi. Na osnovi preliminarnih testov in primerjave obeh konceptov smo za izdelavo naprave izbrali koncept zračne drče. Za nadzorovanje kinematskih veličin teles na drči smo uporabili kamero in računalniško sledenje s programom Tracker. Testiranje naprave smo izvedli na približku idealno prožnega in idealno plastičnega trka. Primerjava z analitično predikcijo kaže relativno dobro ujemanje.

Title:Constructing a device to study the laws of collisions of macroscopic objects
Abstract:
This thesis presents the process of designing, building, and testing a device for studying collisions between macroscopic objects. Two concepts were considered for the design of the device, one based on a magnetic design and the other based on an air design. Based on preliminary tests and a comparison of the two concepts, we chose the air table concept to design the device. We used a camera and a computer tracker to monitor the kinematic variables of the bodies on the cart. The device was tested in an approximation of an ideal flexible and an ideal plastic collision. Comparison with the analytical prediction shows relatively good agreement.
