Abstract
Na tržišču je vse več kompleksnih izdelkov, kar vpliva tudi na merjenje njihovih lastnosti. Pri tem je merjenje s koordinatno merilno tehniko izrednega pomena za natančno določanje kakovosti izdelkov. Pri primerjavi meritev na različnih merilnih napravah lahko pride do odstopanj, kar vodi v problem nezaupanja v natančnost določene naprave. V zaključni nalogi smo naredili pregled osnovnih meroslovnih pojmov. Preučili smo dejavnike, ki vplivajo na merilno negotovost, ter opisali različne merilne strategije in postopke izravnave krožnice. Dimenzijske meritve smo izvedli na dveh različnih merilnih napravah z ročnim in avtomatskim načinom merjenja, ki smo jih opravljali in programirali v dveh različnih merilnih programskih opremah. Primerjali smo sam postopek merjenja in merilne rezultate. Ugotovili smo, da so vse merjene dimenzije v skladu s tehnično risbo merjenca. Nekatere dimenzije se razlikujejo, druge so zelo primerljive. S ponavljanjem meritev smo pokazali, da je ponovljivost slabša z ročnimi meritvami na napravi.

Title:Comparison of measurements from different coordinate measuring machines
Abstract:
There are more and more complex products on the market, which also affects the measurement of their properties. Measurement with the coordinate measuring technique is extremely important for the precise determination of product quality. When comparing measurements on different measuring machines, deviations can occur, which leads to the problem of distrust in a specific machine. In the final assignment, we reviewed basic metrology concepts. We examined the factors affecting the measurement uncertainty and described various measurement strategies and circle equalization procedures. Dimensional measurements were performed on two different measuring machines with manual and automatic measurement methodes, which were performed and programmed in two different measuring software. We compared the measurement process itself and the measurement results. We found that all measured dimensions are in accordance with the technical drawing. Some dimensions vary, others are very comparable. Through repeated measurements, we have shown that repeatability is worse with manual measurements on the machine.
