Abstract
Vse podatke senzorskega dela in referenčnega sistema smo sprejeli, obdelali, prikazali in posneli.

Title:Weightlifting training assistance system
Abstract:
Ever since I started training in weightlifting, I have been looking for ways to improve my learning process, how to measure the progress more accurately and deepen my understanding of physical phenomena while weightlifting. Most of the existing systems for physical performance evaluation in weightlifting are too expensive, especially for someone who doesn’t know how to use the captured data during training. As part of the project thesis, I developed an adequately accurate and transferable assistance system for measuring physical perfomance in weightlifting. The assistance system consists mainly of Bosch orientation sensor BNO055 and Adafruit microcontroller Feather M0 WiFi, which initially sets the sensors parameters, then continues with reading the sensors signal and sending it to the PC via the WiFi module. We used the reference Qualisys system for optical motion capture to verify the assistance system. The captured data from the developed sensor system and reference system was received, processed, displayed and recorded. The stored signals were then processed using various tools, mainly with the tool MathCAD. In my thesis, I also described the physical basics of weightlifting, which makes it easier to understand the correct lifting technique. For a more ilustrated demonstration of the usefulness of the assistance system, we had performed an analysis of the overall lift with the help of a video recording. During the last activity, we tested some practical examples of the use of the system, which are helping us with planning and performing our daily weightlifting training.
