Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava zaključevanje rejništva in prehod otroka iz rejniške družino v matično ter procese in postopke znotraj tega obdobja. Raziskani so postopki socialnega dela v procesih pomoči družini. Na začetku teoretičnega uvoda je predstavljeno socialno delo z družino, ki se nato osredotoči na socialno delo z družino v rejništvu. Predstavljena je tudi zakonska podlaga rejništva in številne definicije tega pojava. Temu sledijo teme, povezane z zaključevanjem rejništva, ki se navežejo na otrokovo vlogo v prehodu iz rejniške družine v matično in njegove potrebe. V empiričnem delu je prikazana kvalitativna in eksplorativna raziskava, pri kateri sem naredila intervjuje z več udeleženimi v rejniškem sistemu. Merski instrument, ki sem ga uporabila v raziskavi so polstrukturirane smernice za intervju. Populacijo predstavljajo vsa zaključena rejništva, v katera so bila vključena rejniška in matična družina, otrok in strokovna delavka oziroma delavec, na območju Republike Slovenije med letoma 2017 in 2022. Vzorec je neslučajnostni in priložnostni, sestavljali sta ga pa dve rejniški, dve matični družini, dve strokovni delavki in en otrok. V empiričnem delu so predstavljeni rezultati, s katerimi sem odgovorila na naslednja raziskovalna vprašanja: s katerimi izzivi se soočajo otroci ob prehodu iz rejniške družine v matično, kako se ublaži prehod otroka v matično družino, na katere potrebe otroka mora biti strokovni delavec pozoren ob zaključevanju rejništva, kako sodelujeta rejniška in matična družina ob vrnitvi otroka v matično družino, kako se mora matična družina prilagoditi na ponoven prihod otroka in kaj za to potrebuje ter katere naloge in pooblastila ima strokovni delavec v procesu zaključevanja rejništva.

Title:Completion of foster care and transition of the child from the foster family to the parent family
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the completion of foster care and the transition of a child from the foster family to the parent family, and the processes and procedures within this period. It also presents social work procedures in family support processes. At the beginning of the theoretical introduction, social work with the family is presented, which then focuses on social work with the foster family. The legal basis of foster care and numerous definitions of this phenomenon are also presented. This is followed by topics related to the completion of foster care, which relate to the child's role in the transition from a foster family to the mother and his needs. The empirical part presents a qualitative and exploratory research in which I conducted interviews with several participants in the foster care system. The measurement instrument I used in the research is semi-structured interview guidelines. The population is represented by all completed foster care, which included a foster and parental family, a child and a professional worker in the Republic of Slovenia between 2017 and 2022. The sample is non-random and occasional, and consisted of two foster and two parental families, two professionals and one child. The empirical part also presents the results with which I answered the following questions: what challenges do children face when moving from the foster family to the parental family, how to mitigate the transition of the child to the parental family, what needs of the child should the professional pay attention to in completion of foster care, how the foster and parental families cooperate when the child returns to the parental family, how the parental family must adapt to the child's return and what it needs and what tasks and powers the professional has in the process of concluding the foster care. The obtained answers are presented in the results and are summarized in the conclusions. Based on these findings, some suggestions for future research are also made.
