Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem raziskovala povezavo uspešnosti timskega dela z različnimi dejavniki, kot so odnosi, konflikti, komunikacija, nagrajevanje in motivacija. V raziskavi me zanima uspešnost timskega dela na Centru za socialno delo Spodnje Podravje, enota Ptuj. V teoretičnem uvodu sem najprej opisala, kako centri za socialno delo delujejo ter kakšna so področja dela. Zatem sem se osredotočila na timsko delo – kaj je timsko delo, kako se timi oblikujejo, kakšne značilnosti veljajo za time, kateri so pokazatelji uspešnosti timskega dela ter ob tem omenila tudi različne dejavnike, ki vplivajo na uspešnost timskega dela. Na koncu sem opisala še timsko delo v socialnem delu. Cilj raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kako so različni dejavniki povezani z uspešnostjo timskega dela ter s pomočjo rezultatov tudi podati predloge za izboljšanje uspešnosti timskega dela. Uporabila sem kvalitativno raziskovanje, za pridobivanje podatkov pa sem izvajala delno strukturirane intervjuje s šestimi strokovnimi delavkami na Centru za socialno delo Spodnje Podravje, enota Ptuj. Merski instrument, ki sem ga uporabila, je vodilo za intervju, v katerem sem se osredotočila na teme moje raziskave ter vsaki pripisala tudi vprašanja in podvprašanja. Pridobljene podatke sem kvalitativno analizirala ter zapisala rezultate. Ugotovila sem, da dobri odnosi, dobra komunikacija, konstruktivno reševanje konfliktov in nagrajevanje spodbujajo timsko delo in njegovo uspešnost. Na koncu sem podala še predloge za izboljšanje uspešnosti timskega dela v socialnem varstvu oziroma na centrih za socialno delo.

Title:Linking the success of teamwork with various factors at the Center for Social Work Spodnje Podravje, Ptuj unit
Abstract:
In my graduation thesis, I addressed the relationship between teamwork performance and various factors such as relationships, conflicts, communication, rewarding and motivation. I am researching success of teamwork at the Center for Social Work Spodnje Podravje, Ptuj unit. In the theoretical introduction, I first described how social work centers work and how are the fields of work divided. Then, I focused on teamwork, what teamwork is, how teams are formed, what characteristics apply to a team, what are the indicators of teamwork performance, and mentioned various factors that can potentially affect teamwork performance. Finally, I described teamwork in social work. The aim of the research was to determine how various factors are related to the performance of teamwork and to use the results to make suggestions for improving the performance of teamwork. I used qualitative research and used partially structured interviews with six professional workers at the Center for Social Work Spodnje Podravje, Ptuj unit to obtain data. The measurement instrument I used was an interview guide, in which I focused on the topics of my research and assigned questions and sub-questions to each. I qualitatively analyzed the obtained data and presented the results. I have found that good relationships, good communication, constructive conflict resolution, and rewarding affect teamwork and its success in a positive way. Eventually, I made suggestions for improving the performance of teamwork in social care or social work centers.
